 As a director and chairman of various real estate developments across London, With over 30 years of experience covering: securing lands, architectural submissions, staffing management, and procurement of contracts, I worked with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the Lambeth Borough, Housing Organisations and NGOs, The Mayor of London Office, The Central Government Office, and Members of Parliament and Professional Bodies to develop estates of over 2000 homes (over £1 Billion). Sold properties, and allocated various properties to various projects implementation -  Old and retired department homes (Crowchurst) Sheltered  Housing, Mentally incapacitated homes, and Small Business Units of 10 to 40 Businesses constructed and allocated time at various locations - ie Angell Town Estates in London amongst others. 

Managed refurbishments,  demolitions supervision of construction phases (snagging) working directly with professional bodies and end users/tenants, received reports monthly, and attended ongoing work cyclically for 10 years or more, for projects Building or construction works costing £10 to £100 Million at one time.

Attended Management Senior staff meetings every month. Received reports - for financial, or departmental management affairs, and reviewed quarterly financial issues and compliances, underspent. or overspent, benchmarking, income and expenditures, and cash flow forecast and critical analysis. Cyclical developments and project implementations are ongoing.

Angell Estate Regeneration:  1990 - 2005

Completed the above developments leading to economic revamp of the area by taking difficult elements off the environment, restructuring and introducing projects such as Job Clubs, Football grounds, Sports Equipments, Recruitment Centres, Health Clinics, Mental Health Training, Reachout initiatives, Group Events, Schools, Meditation and Religious  Centres and others, thus balancing the total atmospheres and encouraging unions amongst the various residents.
